Kevin Dennison & Associates has more than a decade of experience in the area of personal development and consultancy. Kevin specialises in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, the “how to” of change management and performance excellence. An applied psychology, NLP is described as the art and science of personal excellence. Kevin Dennison has enjoyed 20 years in the media industry and spent 14 years at The Guardian National Newspapers as National Staff Development Manager, responsible for the executive development of the senior management team.

Experience of developing and running a secretarial development across the media industry and established a temp business in house.

Kevin has trained all over the world on Leadership, Managing and Motivating.  He has delivered Leadership Programmes for several blue chip clients and has trained over 2000 delegates in NLP over the last 2 years. Kevin has spent the last 10 years as a certified INLPTA trainer and a licensed user of the MBTI, 16PF, Firo B and SDI.

Kevin has a lively and passionate style of delivery and motivates the audience towards change with humour and energy.

Kevin is a registered Psychotherapist (UKCP) and has a private psychotherapy and coaching practise based in the North West and is coach to several board members across a range of industry sector’s.
